The President has asked you, as the new Director of Information systems at XXX (the prior Director was fired due to the failure of this system); to provide her with a description of each of the top 4 issues (and their solutions) that you would expect would cause problems with the implementation of this SPECIFIC system. Allow students to access grades, transcripts, and billing data on their own PC or mobile device.
